About the Event

Join us for an experiential workshop of breathwork, sound, and movement. We will explore practices as a group and in pairs that supports the clearing of physical and emotional stress from our bodies and connects us to our inner vitality and healing energy. We will work with a conscious, connected breathing technique, one that powerfully and gently opens our hearts to a way of being and relating that inspires more love and freedom. These are individual processes that take place in a group environment and are built on a foundation of presence, intimacy, acceptance of what is arising, and integration of our whole being.

The vibrations of sound bowls will be woven throughout the breathwork experience to support our bodies to relax and allow all parts of ourselves to harmonize.

Breath and Being: Kylie Judge and Leah Barsher Kylie and Leah are Breathwork Practitioners trained in Clarity Breathwork (formerly Rebirthing) and NUMA Somatics (Transformational Breathwork), with backgrounds in dance, yoga, and Reiki. They have both experienced transformative healing from chronic illness through the practices that they now share in their workshops. Kylie and Leah weave together movement meditations, exercises in conscious communication, and breathwork into an intimate offering that invites participants to show up raw and real for themselves and others. In this supportive space, they empower participants to cultivate deeper awareness, compassion, and love that expands far beyond the self and nourishes a deep sense of connection to all that is. Their collaborative project is called Breath and Being, and is the love child of their creative work together.
