Join me on October 23rd for an intimate and empowering journey of conscious, connected breathwork as a pathway to igniting our own erotic energy.

We will go within to listen deeply and tenderly to our bodies. And explore what it feels like to self-source our orgasmic energy through the alchemy of breath, sound, movement, and connective partner practices.

This workshop is for you if you're ready to:

This offering is open to all people with wombs, preferably with some previous breathwork experience, but not required:)

It is an individual practice within a group environment. It does not involve nudity or genital touch.

You will need a mat, pillow, blanket, water, and (optional) journal and pen. Or you may use the studios' props.
