Join us for an  experiential and therapeutic workshop of conscious, connected  Breathwork. We will use breath, sound, and movement to clear any  physical + emotional stress from our bodies and reconnect to our source  of power, inspiration, and ease. The breath opens our hearts gently, and  paves the way for profound insight and integration to take root.

TO BRING

We  will provide mats. Please bring water, and an open mind and heart.  Optional to bring a sacred item to place on the altar, a blanket or  sweater (some people's temperature drops during breathwork), and a  pillow (to support your back or knees)
