Join me and a group of courageous souls for a transformational conscious, connected breathwork group journey. We will move, shake, connect, and refresh ourselves from the waters of the well of wisdom deep within each of us. Where our medicine lies, and our collective heart sings. 

About the Festival:

Embodiment is an Ecstatically Natural Festival, designed to merge your Body, Mind & Spirit with Gaia, by staying in a grounded rhythm of movement & restoration each day.

Intoxicant-free and full of presence, we hold a sacred and safe container for our wildest and purest expressions to emerge.

To encourage this, we offer a full daily schedule of two 2.5 hour Ecstatic Dance journeys, Kirtan/ Sound Healing every night, movement + massage offerings, Tea lounge, Cacao Activations, Sweat Lodge by our spring fed pools, and much much more!

Morning practices will be followed by Permaculture Action across the river at our own Finca Gaia
