About the Event

This Clarity Breath workshop is for you if you're a therapist, counselor, social worker, or caregiver. If you regularly support a loving space for others to heal, this is your opportunity for self-care. What would it feel like to receive the nourishing gift of your own breath?

We will explore practices as a group and in pairs that supports the clearing of physical and emotional stress from our bodies and connects us to our inner vitality and healing energy. We will work with a circular breathing technique called Clarity Breathwork, one that powerfully and gently opens our hearts to a way of being and relating that inspires more love and freedom. This is an individual process that takes place in a group environment and is built on a foundation of presence, intimacy, acceptance of what is arising, and integration of our whole being.
