Join us for an experiential workshop of breathwork, movement, and connection. We will explore practices as a group and in pairs that supports the clearing of physical and emotional stress from our bodies and connects us to our inner vitality and healing energy. We will work with a circular breathing technique called Clarity Breathwork, one that powerfully and gently opens our hearts to a way of being and relating that inspires more love and freedom. This is an individual process that takes place in a group environment and is built on a foundation of presence, intimacy, acceptance of what is arising, and integration of our whole being.
