Join us for an experiential workshop of breathwork, sound, and movement. We will explore practices as a group and in pairs that support the clearing of physical and emotional stress from our bodies and connects us to our inner vitality and healing energy. We will work with a circular breathing technique called Clarity Breathwork, one that powerfully and gently opens our hearts to a way of being and relating that inspires more love and freedom. Crystal bowl sound healing will be woven throughout the breathwork experience to support our bodies to relax and allow all parts of ourselves to vibrate harmoniously. As a whole, these are individual processes that take place in a group environment and are built on a foundation of presence, intimacy, acceptance of what is arising, and integration of our whole being.
